The National Lottery is appealing for four millionaire winners to come forward after a bumper weekend of jackpot wins. On Friday, one UK player claimed a £23.6 million share of the £47 million EuroMillions jackpot, while the EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker draw created 10 guaranteed millionaires. Eight of those prizes have been claimed, but two remain uncollected.
On Saturday, a Lotto player won the £7.4 million jackpot, and another matched five numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win £1 million. Both prizes are still waiting to be claimed. In total, 13 National Lottery players became millionaires over the weekend, banking over £40 million combined.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said: “Wow, what a bumper weekend of winning for National Lottery players! It’s so exciting to meet these new millionaires and help support them after their life-changing win. But we are still missing four National Lottery players who’ve won big. Check your tickets and emails to see whether it is you.”
Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes. For unclaimed EuroMillions prizes, the method of play (online or retail) will be released on Thursday, and for the Lotto jackpot, on Friday if still unclaimed. Winners can call 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk.
