Lidl is releasing a new pair of affordable autumn boots in all stores this weekend, with the ESMARA Ladies' Light Brown Boots retailing at £6.99 from Sunday, October 4. The supermarket chain, known for budget-friendly groceries, continues its affordable fashion range with this seasonal addition.
Design and availability
The boots feature a soft brown finish with comfortable white fluff inside, designed to keep feet cosy. However, shoppers hoping for home delivery will be disappointed, as the boots will only be available in-store, appearing in the 'Middle of Lidl' aisle alongside clothing, homeware, DIY buys and seasonal bargains.
To avoid a wasted journey, customers should check their nearest Lidl before heading out. Lidl's online store finder allows shoppers to enter their postcode and locate nearby branches, while selecting a store lets them view the latest local offers and availability information where provided.
Comparison with premium alternatives
The boots are positioned as a budget-friendly alternative to premium options. Next is stocking the similar Tan Brown Suede Faux Fur Boot Slippers for £12, reduced from its RRP of £35. The only notable difference, aside from the price, is that Next offers home delivery.
