Lidl's latest middle aisle drop includes a pair of men's boots that look identical to a high-end brand but cost £108 less. The Esmara Men's Water Repellent Thermal Boots are priced from £16.99 and are available in brown and grey shades, in sizes 7.5 to 11.5.
The boots feature a water-repellent material, thermal technology, and a soft, warm textile lining for extra comfort. They also have a treaded TPR sole for strong grip on multiple surfaces, a removable insole, and a lace-up design.
Comparison to Mountain Warehouse
The budget pair look similar to Mountain Warehouse's Arctic Thermal Extreme Mens Waterproof Snow Boots, which retail at £124.99 but are currently on offer for £74.99. Both pairs include thermal lining and waterproof material, but Lidl's version costs between £58 and £108 less, depending on whether the pricier boots are on sale.

Lidl also offers the Esmara Light Brown Boots for women at £6.99, which have drawn comparisons to UGG's Premium Mini Button Boots that retail at £78. Another UGG 'dupe' is the Esmara Ladies Boots, available in dark brown and black, reminiscent of the brand's Women's Classic Mini II Boots that can cost £169.
Alongside footwear, Lidl's middle aisle includes snuggly jumpers for under £8, teddy fleece zip-ups for under £9, and reversible gilets for under £10. The supermarket's wooden toy range also returns to stores on Thursday, October 8, with prices starting from £3.99.
