Jet2 has introduced a special offer for passengers travelling from Leeds Bradford Airport, following easyJet's announcement that it will cease operations there. The airline and holiday provider is offering £100 off all holiday bookings using the code YORKSHIRE100 and 10% off flights with the code YORKSHIRE10.
Jet2's commitment to Leeds Bradford
Jet2 said the dedicated offers for customers and independent travel agents "further underlines the company's long-standing commitment to the airport." The airline first began operating from Leeds Bradford in 2003 with two aircraft and has since grown to become Yorkshire's leading airline and tour operator.
The airline is now running its biggest ever programme from the airport, with 65 destinations on sale. It also plans to launch six new destinations in response to continued demand: Egypt (Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh), Tunisia, Preveza, Santorini and Tivat (Montenegro).

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2, said: "We have been proudly operating from Leeds Bradford Airport since 2003, when we launched with just two aircraft, and since then we have grown to become Yorkshire's leading airline and tour operator."
He added: "Our longstanding commitment to the region has never been stronger, and we want to say thank you to our loyal customers and independent travel agent partners by launching these brand-new offers today."
easyJet's withdrawal
The move comes after easyJet, which offered flights to Barcelona, Paris, Belfast, Malaga, Majorca and Geneva from the airport, announced it was withdrawing from Leeds Bradford to "focus on maintaining and developing" its "most popular" routes.
easyJet will cease operations at Leeds Bradford after January 5, 2027. Customers with bookings beyond that date can get a free transfer to flights from an alternative airport or a refund.
An easyJet spokesperson said: "Following a review of our routes from Leeds Bradford Airport, we have made the decision to no longer operate flights from the airport after 5 January. Our focus is on maintaining and developing routes which prove most popular with customers."
Offer details and additional discounts
Jet2's offers apply to all departures up to and including March 31, 2028 and must be booked by August 31, 2026. Single-parent families can save £100 on holiday bookings with the code YORKSHIRE100SPF, and solo travellers can save £50 per booking with the code YORKSHIRE50SOLO.
