Customer reviews of iFLY have been largely positive, with one visitor writing: "Absolutely amazing experience and as a novice was put at easy buy everyone. The instructor was just as amazing and I can't wait to go back." Another said: "Great experience - Liam the instructor was friendly and professional throughout and guided us through our flight."
One less satisfied customer noted: "It was good but it didn't last long, we spent £40 on two flights per person and upgraded for a high flight for an additional £20 each, we had around 4 minutes in the flight simulator, it was good but I can't remember any of it as it was so short, good to try once but I wouldn't do it again."
