Iceland launches £1 family meal deals for summer

Iceland is offering £1 meal bundles this week to help families cut costs during the summer holidays. The supermarket's Holiday Helpers campaign lets shoppers pick up breakfast, lunch or snack deals, with three products available for £1. Different bundles will launch every two days and run until Friday, August 21, for online shoppers.

Breakfast deal available now

A breakfast deal arrived today and will run until Tuesday, August 18, offering a carton of milk and a branded cereal for £1. Shoppers can choose between Kellogg's Coco Pops and Cornflakes, with the deal available online through Iceland Foods and The Food Warehouse.

Lunch and snack bundles later this week

On Wednesday and Thursday this week, Iceland said shoppers can save up to £3.45 with its lunchtime bundle, offering a loaf of bread, deli meat, a snack and a drink for £1. Choices include roast chicken and ham, McVitie's Gold Bars or Milk Chocolate Digestives Minis, and different flavours of Robinsons squash.

On the last day of the deal, Friday August 21, Iceland is offering a snack bundle for £1, which includes one tube of Pringles, one bag of Sour Patch Kids sweets, and a 1.25litre bottle of Pepsi. The grocer said this reflects savings of up to £4.40.

Other supermarkets' summer offers

Several supermarkets are offering families help this summer. Morrisons and Kellogg’s are offering free breakfasts during the 2026 school holidays at Morrisons Cafés. Customers can ask for a “Kellogg’s Breakfast” and receive a bowl of cereal and a portion of fruit, without needing to buy an adult meal.

At Asda, children can get a £1 kids’ meal in participating Asda Cafés without an adult having to buy a meal. This means if you have more than one child, you could potentially feed them for £1 each. Tesco also has a summer promotion running. Kids can get an eligible kids’ meal when an adult purchases an item at Tesco Cafés and Coffee Shops.
