Glasgow Airport has announced that travellers can reduce parking costs by up to 60% by booking ahead of time. The airport's official website states: "Book in advance and save up to 60% on turn-up prices for a duration greater than 24 hours." This guidance aims to help passengers save money during the summer holiday season, especially amid ongoing cost of living pressures affecting many families.
How to Access the Discount
To benefit from the reduced rates, passengers are directed to use a discount code obtained through an online form. After submitting the form, customers receive an email with a link containing a "unique code" that is automatically applied when booking parking at any of the airport's official car parks. The airport explains that once the form is submitted, the email link seamlessly integrates the discount into the booking process.
Separate NHS Staff Discount
In addition to the general advance booking offer, Glasgow Airport provides a 10% discount exclusively for NHS staff. This initiative is designed to help NHS employees "make your money go a little further" while maintaining proximity to the terminal and vehicle security. NHS workers can access the saving by entering their details via a dedicated form to receive a discount code by email.
