Homeware shoppers eyeing new additions ahead of Christmas can find discounts at Dusk, which is running a sale with thousands of reductions on furniture and accessories. Among the offers is the Sally Set of 2 Barstools, part of the brand's 'Tokyo Edge' edit, described as offering sleek minimalism with a contemporary look.
The stools feature dark wooden legs, a cushioned seat, and a softly curved backrest. They are available in three upholstered fabrics: chenille mushroom, cream linen, and textured rust, with the latter available for pre-order from November 16 to 23.
Price and rating
Usually listed at £169, the pair is now available for £143.65 using code EXTRA15 at checkout, saving over £25. On the Dusk website, the product maintains a high 4.8/5 star rating.
Shopper feedback has been positive. One customer said: "Delighted with this pair of barstools. Practical, stylish and very comfortable." Another added: "Perfect barstools to go with my kitchen island." A third commented: "Not too much of a pain to put together. Super comfy and much more width and depth than many barstools. Recommend."
One buyer, however, knocked off a star due to dispatch, writing: "Lovely stools, great price. Took a while to dispatch!"
Alternative options at Next and Dunelm
A similar style is available at Next with the Remi Bar Stool, priced at £185 per chair. It comes in nine colours, including sand, sage, grey, and chocolate brown, and has a wooden frame with a rounded back and arm rest.
Dunelm has also reduced its Kendall Bar Stool with Black Legs, Velvet to half price. Usually listed at £69, the art-deco style stool is now available for £34.50 in burnt orange, mink, and soft olive. It has a sleek black base and gas lift mechanism, and carries a 4.8/5 star rating on the website, though it is sold separately rather than as a pair.
