Dunelm's Tyrannosaurus Skull Table Lamp, created in collaboration with the Natural History Museum, is available for £45 and has earned a 4.9-star rating from shoppers.
The lamp features a highly detailed dinosaur skull with an antique gold finish. The light bulb sits inside the jaws of the T. rex, creating a striking focal point when switched on, while an in-line switch makes it easy to operate.
Design and Collaboration
The design could make a particularly fun addition to a child's bedroom, study or home office, but its antique-style finish means it could work just as well as an unusual statement piece in an adult space. The collaboration draws on the Natural History Museum's long history with dinosaur research.
Dunelm says the name 'Dinosauria' was first coined in 1842 by the founder of the Natural History Museum, Sir Richard Owen, and the Museum's Dinosaur Gallery houses a diverse collection of dinosaur fossils. This includes the most complete Stegosaurus in the world and the jawbone of the first T. rex ever found.
