Dunelm has launched its own version of the iconic Green Egg barbecue, priced at just £149.99 for the smallest size, offering a significant saving of nearly £800 compared to the original Big Green Egg, which costs £925.
Affordable Kamado Grill
The Charles Bentley Ottimo Searsmith 13" Kamado Mini Grill is now available on the Dunelm website. The smallest model measures 47cm high and 46cm deep, with a standing design suitable for outdoor tables or benches. It includes the grill body, stand, firebox, heat deflector, grate, and cooking grill – everything needed to start barbecuing.
For those needing more capacity, Dunelm also offers medium and large versions priced at £599 and £799 respectively, featuring a free-standing design with fold-out side tables.
Charcoal-Fired Flavour
This charcoal-fired barbecue delivers the classic smoky flavour beloved by BBQ enthusiasts. Its compact size makes it ideal for modest gardens, patios, or balconies, and it can be easily moved for camping or beach trips. Despite its size, it can serve one to three people, perfect for small gatherings.
The glossy green ceramic finish with thick walls minimises heat loss, using 50-75% less charcoal than traditional BBQs. The egg shape and light green colour pay homage to the iconic Big Green Egg.
Shoppers can also find a similar Kamado 13" Ceramic Mini BBQ Grill Smoker Portable Oven at Debenhams, now reduced to £79.99 from £249.99, available in five colours.
