Clarks' 'most comfortable trainers ever' reduced to £32

Clarks' Solevana Knit trainers, described as offering 'cushiony marshmallow' comfort, have been reduced to £32 in four colours, down from £55. The trainers, available in black, sage, dusty pink and light blue, come in sizes four to eight in D (standard) widths.

Cloudsteppers comfort at a reduced price

The trainers are a fresh addition to the brand's Cloudsteppers collection, designed to restore and recharge your feet with every step. Engineered for all-day comfort and effortless style, they are made for everyone — from those busy on their feet to comfort-seekers who refuse to compromise.

Breathable uppers keep things cool and fresh, while Clarks’ signature toe-box fit gives your toes the freedom to move naturally. The ultra-light Solevana Foam outsole absorbs impact and helps push you forward, one comfy stride at a time.

Shopper reviews praise comfort

The Solevana Knit trainers have racked up an overall star-rating of 4.5 out of five based on 19 reviews. One satisfied shopper said: "Very comfortable. Easy to slip on. A great shoe to wear between flip flops and sturdier winter shoes/ boots."

A second wrote: "The trainers are very comfortable. It is like walking in bedroom slippers only you have the support that you need. Love them."

"This is the most comfortable shoe I think I've ever had," a third penned. "I am a difficult fit. The cushion inside is just perfect. I'm going to order another pair. I did find these a little snug, so I'm going up a half size."

Mixed feedback on fit

One shopper, however, wasn't as impressed, giving a four-star rating. They shared: "Solevana runs narrow. I had to return the medium width for a wide. I don’t normally wear wide. I also needed to replace the insoles with ones that have more support. After making these adjustments, these slip-ons are working for me."

"This is such a cute shoe," another four-star review reads. "I had to get two colours. I'm a 10 wide but could only get the 'dusty pink' in the wide. I feel they fit very true to size for me. When you step into them they are like cushiony marshmallows underfoot, but I sure do wish the shoe was structured to offer more arch support."

Nevertheless, someone else loved their latest Clarks purchase, adding: "Extremely comfortable shoes, I like them so much. This is my second order." Another five-star review reads: "So good quality and stylish. So comfortable."
