The Clarins Summer Sizzler Value Pack Set has been reduced to £29.75 at Boots, down from £35, meaning each of the four products costs £7.43. The set, which includes a face cream, glow drops, a face mask, and a tube of mascara, has already sold out once this year and is expected to sell quickly again.
What’s in the Clarins Summer Sizzler set
The set features a 30ml Hydra-Essentiel Day Cream, enriched with hyaluronic acid, organic leaf of life extract, and organic cassava root powder. The cream is designed to hydrate and plump the skin while controlling shine, with a fresh, light texture that melts into the skin.
Also included is the Radiance-Plus Golden Booster Drops in a 15ml size, which provides an adjustable tan year-round. Made with 99% natural ingredients, the drops contain aloe vera and Clarins Self Tan Complex to hydrate the skin while building colour.
Mask and mascara included
The Cryo-Flash Cream-Mask (15ml) is inspired by cryotherapy and aims to prevent and fight signs of ageing. Its formula includes the M.G.A. molecule, derived from menthol, and organic evening primrose extract, leaving skin lifted, firmed, and glowing. The blue-green cream texture provides an intense cryo effect visible from the first application.
The set also includes a travel-friendly tube of Wonder Volume XXL Mascara, which claims to instantly double lash volume thanks to a volumizing wax complex that thickens, defines, and protects lashes for 12 hours.

Alternatively, the Glossybox Summer Bag Limited Edition has been reduced from £45 to £36 at LookFantastic, with a total worth of £124. It contains nine products, including a full-size Huda Beauty setting spray, a Rodial face mask, a Natasha Denona mini bronze and glow palette, and a Sol de Janeiro hair and body perfume mist.
Boots has also launched its star gift collection, with discounts on brands such as Lynx, Sanctuary, Baylis & Harding, and Radley. The Clarins set is new and has not yet received reviews. The Hydra-Essentiel Day Cream, however, has a 4.7-star rating based on more than 150 reviews. One shopper said: "The doctor recommended that I use a face cream to prevent the skin damage to my face. So after trying a few products, settled on this cream. Not only does it protect my skin but you get a great shave."
Another wrote: "This is a light but really efficient moisturiser. Perfect for my more mature dry skin with the added benefit of SPF 15." A third added: "The Hydra-essential is great for my age (nearly 50). I’ve been using this moisturiser for about 20 years and nothing else compares to the quality, feel and scent."
Some shoppers were less impressed. One three-star review stated: "Chose this online and it's nice enough although does not sink in to my dry skin like other Clarins anti-ageing moisturisers do." Another four-star reviewer wrote: "I found it didn't suit my dry skin as much as Multi-Active Jour." Despite mixed feedback, a five-star review praised it as a "Great day face cream. Moisturizes really well without making your skin look oily."
