B&M is offering Marc Jacobs Honey Eau De Parfum (100ml) for £24.99 in UK stores, down from its regular retail price of £99, ahead of the peak Christmas shopping season. The fragrance, described by the retailer as coming in a "signature whimsical polka-dot bottle," is available while stocks last.
Fragrance details and availability
B&M describes the scent online: "Marc Jacobs Honey Eau De Parfum is a delightful celebration of sunshine and optimism - a fragrance that sparkles with warmth and charm. Bursting with fresh, fruity notes and a golden touch of honey, this irresistible scent captures the essence of pure joy."
The fragrance opens with pear, mandarin, and fruit nectar, leading into a heart of orange blossom, honeysuckle, and peach, settling into a base of honey, vanilla, and smooth woods. The deal is available only in stores, as B&M does not offer online shopping.
Comparison with other retailers
The same perfume is sold for more elsewhere. At Boots, Marc Jacobs Daisy Honey (100ml) is priced at £74.25 (down from £99), while Superdrug sells a reduced bottle for £40.84.
Other B&M offerings
B&M also stocks a Cosy Shop Waffle Heated Throw for £35 in mink, brown, or charcoal. The product description reads: "There's nothing like a cosy night in. This Waffle Heated Throw is the perfect snuggle companion for cold, winter nights. Heat yourself, not your home."
Running the blanket costs about 2p an hour, so six hours of use costs 12p. In comparison, running a standard gas central heating system costs around £1.40 to £1.60 an hour at maximum output, totalling nearly £9 for six hours.
