Asda has introduced a new £4 Hot Food To Go Meal Deal, giving shoppers the chance to build a meal from 30 different products, including breakfast, lunch, and on-the-move options. The deal is now available at participating stores.
What's in the deal?
Shoppers can pick a main, side, and dip, with combinations ranging from pizza and fries to chicken wings with Cajun mayonnaise or a sausage and bacon bap with a hash brown. Unlike the conventional sandwich-led format, every element of the deal revolves around hot food.
The Hot Food To Go Meal Deal is the first offer of its kind at Asda's rotisserie counters. Customers can choose from 17 mains, five sides, and eight dips at participating stores across the country.
Menu highlights
Lunchtime options include Southern fried chicken baps, barbecue ribs, chicken nuggets, spicy mini fillets, and slices of Chicago Town pizza. For breakfast, shoppers can opt for sausage, bacon, or sausage and bacon baps, topped with a hash brown and sauce.
Further sides include potato lattices, sausage rolls, and skin-on fries, while customers in Scotland can also choose a Bells Scotch pie. Dips range from tomato sauce, brown sauce, and mayonnaise to Buffalo, Piri Piri, Texas BBQ, and garlic and herb.
Building on existing deals
The new deal builds on Asda's existing standard food-to-go meal deal and the premium £5 option rolled out earlier this year. Stephanie Ashby, buying manager of rotis and food services at Asda, said: "We know our customers are looking for convenient meal options that don't compromise on taste or value, which is why we're delighted to introduce our new £4 Hot Food To Go Meal Deal."
