Aldi has reminded shoppers of its opening hours for the New Year period, with the supermarket set to close on January 1, 2026. The retailer, named the UK's Cheapest Supermarket of the Year by Which? for four consecutive years, will remain open as usual until New Year's Eve.
Shoppers are advised to visit their local Aldi store by 6pm on Wednesday, December 31. Stores will then reopen on January 2. Aldi warns that hours may vary by location, so customers should check online for local store times.
Regarding Specialbuys, the next release is scheduled for Sunday, December 28. The following week, Specialbuys will be available on Friday, January 2, and Sunday, January 4. Normal Thursday releases are expected to resume from January 8.
