Krispy Kreme has issued an urgent recall for specific World Cup-themed doughnuts, ordering customers not to eat them due to an undisclosed hazelnut filling in the Pitch Perfect doughnut. The recall affects individual Pitch Perfect doughnuts purchased on June 19 or 20, and Matchday Dozen 12-packs with best before dates of June 21 and June 22.

Instead contact Krispy Kreme customer services with where you bought this product, photo / batch number for a full refund on email: customercare@krispykreme.co.uk or phone 01276 601170.' The company added: 'Krispy Kreme takes its responsibilities to consumers extremely seriously and always aims to ensure the highest possible standards of product safety. We are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this product recall may cause you.'
