Family-owned housebuilder Briar Homes has announced that all homes at its Willowfields development in Newmains have sold out, completing a successful sales period for the site. The development comprised 27 three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes across a carefully planned residential setting within the village.

Designed with modern family living in mind, the homes combined contemporary layouts and open-plan living spaces with private gardens, flexible interiors and energy-efficient specification throughout.
