A woman has taken to Reddit to vent about her neighbour's 'entitled' behaviour after the neighbour repeatedly parked on her driveway, claiming it was closer to her front door than her own. The neighbour argued that the woman wasn't using the driveway at the time, justifying the unauthorised parking.
The woman explained that the neighbour's actions left her with nowhere to park, especially when carrying shopping bags. Despite being asked to stop, the neighbour continued, even becoming upset when the woman had her car towed after being blocked in.
Reddit users largely supported the woman, suggesting she issue a formal trespass warning and involve the police if the behaviour persists. Some recommended towing the car each time, while others advised filing a complaint with the city or apartment management to impose fines.
One user shared a similar experience, noting that after towing the neighbour's car once, the problem never recurred. Another suggested reporting the neighbour's business activities if applicable, as a previous case led to a hefty fine and business closure.
