Unexpected find during renovation
The homeowner posted images on Reddit with the caption: “Surprises under the wallpaper.” The photos show an unusual gap between the wall and window frame, with a second picture showing the scale of the cavity as he placed his hand there for comparison.
He explained: “When stripping off the wallpaper we discovered it was just joined onto some plastic trim that covered this massive gap.” He asked for guidance: “A) What's the best to use to fill the external gap? B) How do I make the internal gap? So many gaps.”
