The glittering world of Orange County real estate is welcoming fresh faces as Selling The OC returns for its highly anticipated fourth season on Netflix. Premiering on November 12, the spin-off from the hit series Selling Sunset introduces three new agents stepping into the void left by a mass exodus of cast members.
Who Are The New Faces?
Filling the empty desks at The Oppenheim Group are real estate novice Fiona Belle, former model Ashtyn Zerboni, and luxury rentals specialist Kaylee Ricciardi. Their arrival follows the shock departure of six major agents from the previous season, including Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, and Lauren Shortt. Meanwhile, fan favourites like Tyler Stanaland and Alex Hall are back for more sun-drenched drama.
Despite being a newcomer, Kaylee Ricciardi made an immediate and unforgettable impression. Within her first few minutes on screen, she boldly declared herself "a b***h", vowing to call out fellow agents "immediately" if she deems it necessary, setting the stage for a fiery season.
Inside Kaylee Ricciardi's World
Hailing from Boston, Kaylee Ricciardi is a 35-year-old luxury real estate agent with a fascinating background that sets her apart. Before entering the high-stakes property market, she delved into the complexities of the human mind, studying psychology and neuroscience. Her journey also included a stint living in Spain, adding an international flavour to her profile.
According to her official biography with The Oppenheim Group, she boasts an impressive 13 years of experience in the luxury rentals sector. Her career portfolio is further diversified by a background in fashion modelling and what her profile describes as "deep connections in the entertainment industry."
On the show, she reveals a passion for music festivals, sharing the unique origin story of her real estate career. She got her start by overseeing luxury rentals at the iconic Coachella festival, an experience that paved the way for her to secure her real estate licence approximately five years ago. Prior to joining The O Group, she worked for the Aaron Kirman Group.
Pre-Existing Drama With A Co-Star
The drama isn't solely reserved for new encounters. In the season's first episode, it's revealed that Kaylee already has history with one of her new colleagues. Agent Austin Victoria discloses that he knows Kaylee because she previously dated one of his closest friends from Los Angeles.
Addressing the camera, Austin commented, "Unfortunately I think him and Kaylee had a bad break-up, but we stayed in touch and she's worked hard, you know." He went on to acknowledge her professional growth, adding, "She's learned the business and she's done really well compared to where she was a year ago when she joined The O Group."
This pre-existing dynamic adds an immediate layer of personal history and potential tension, promising viewers a season filled with both professional rivalry and complicated personal connections. Selling The OC Season 4 is available to stream in full on Netflix now.
