Current images show that work on the expansive ground level is almost finished, a key milestone in the project. A large construction crew is on site, with heavy machinery, cranes, and excavators actively shifting soil and laying foundations. She has been regularly updating her followers on the progress via Instagram, having previously shared videos of the demolition process for the old property back in December. The new mansion is set back from the road, offering the celebrity a level of privacy she lacked at her former Woollahra address, which she sold for a handsome $2 million profit.
