eXp Realty is bringing its international conference to London next summer, with senior executives and agents from around the world expected to attend. The three-day eXpcon event will take place at the London Hilton on Park Lane from 6 to 8 July 2027.
Confirmed speakers and UK expansion
Confirmed speakers include eXp founder Glenn Sanford, chief executive Leo Pareja and eXp International managing director Felix Bravo. Adam Day, eXp UK’s country leader and regional director for EMEIA, will also speak.
The announcement follows further expansion for eXp UK. The self-employed agency network passed the 1,000-agent milestone in 2026. The company has also introduced its Luxury and Teams offerings as it seeks to expand its UK operations.
International line-up and European growth
The London conference follows eXp UK’s summer event in Birmingham earlier this year. International speakers include Samuel Caux from France, Dounia Fadi from Dubai and Mindy Powell-Hodges from Australia. Andrew Thompson from South Africa and Virginia Restrepo, regional director for the Caribbean and Latin America, are also confirmed.
The event comes as eXp continues its international expansion. The company plans to enter Switzerland, taking its European presence to 11 countries. The conference will cover leadership, technology, business strategy and developments in the international estate agency market.
UK leader’s view and ticket details
Day said: “Bringing eXpcon to London is a hugely exciting moment for us and another indication of just how far the eXp community has come in the UK.
“Our Birmingham event this year demonstrated the value of bringing that community together in person, and London gives us the opportunity to take that to another level.”
He added: “What makes eXpcon London particularly exciting is that this isn’t simply a UK event.” Day said the conference would allow UK agents to build relationships with counterparts in overseas markets.
Early-bird tickets, available on the eXpcon London website, start at £400, with VIP tickets priced from £575.
