An abandoned nursing home in New York has been sold for $1.5 million (£1.2 million) to a cannabis business, marking a striking shift in the state's commercial property landscape.
The derelict building, once a care facility for the elderly, will now be repurposed for the burgeoning marijuana industry following New York's legalisation of recreational cannabis in 2021.
