The National Lottery's Lotto draw tonight offers a £2 million jackpot, with players automatically entered into two separate draws for each ticket purchased. Since last month, every Lotto draw comprises two rounds, giving players two chances to win with a single £2 ticket.
How the New Lotto Game Works
In the first round, 59 balls are placed in the draw machine. Six main balls and one Bonus Ball are drawn. Matching two or more numbers from your Lotto line wins cash. Then, a second set of 59 balls is used for the second draw, with the same rules applying. Matching six numbers in either draw wins a share of the £2 million jackpot. Matching five numbers plus the Bonus Ball wins £1 million, and matching five main numbers wins £1,000.
Draw Schedule
The two Lotto draws are scheduled for 8pm, followed by the Thunderball at 8:15pm. Results will be updated live on this blog.
