Integra Buildings, a modular construction firm based in Paull, is forecasting record financial results as it prepares for expansion. The company says 2026 will deliver bumper revenues ahead of a "landmark" year in 2027, when it will celebrate its 30th anniversary and begin a substantial investment programme.
Growth in workforce and projects
The Humber Business Park company now employs 215 people, up from 180 three years ago, thanks to the creation of new departments and strong performance across the infrastructure, utilities and transport sectors. The firm has shifted towards delivering increasingly complex projects, managing every stage from design and planning through to manufacture and installation.
Integra has also continued to invest in its workforce and capabilities. Recently secured planning consent from East Riding of Yorkshire Council for the expansion of its headquarters will increase the site by approximately a third.
Investment and financial outlook
Over the next three years, the King's Award for Enterprise-winning business is committing £7m into its existing factory facilities, which will significantly boost capacity.
Gary Parker, Integra CEO, said: "We're extremely proud of the strong progress we continue to make as a business. 2026 is on track to be our best year ever and we see further growth into our 30th anniversary and beyond. While market and economic conditions remain challenging, we continue to buck the trend as a business which is growing, both sustainably and at pace."
"Our success is underpinned by the quality of the projects we deliver, and providing our clients with a service which exceeds expectations. Our pipeline of confirmed and potential projects is very strong and the investments we're making in our people and facilities will ensure we're well positioned to achieve our ambitions."
Financial performance and frameworks
Integra's leadership reports that in the first half of 2026, the company posted turnover of £25.5m, with pre-tax profit of £2.5m. This places the firm on course to deliver £55.6m turnover for the full year, with pre-tax profit of £6.35m.
Integra's profit margin is also forecast to climb to above 11% this year, up from 8% in 2025.
Integra is now represented on seven major public sector frameworks, widening its pipeline of work across sectors including healthcare, defence, education and local government. This growth has been bolstered by the establishment of a new electrical department, a dedicated pre-construction team and a site installation team.
Chris Turner, Integra managing director, said: "Our site expansion, and associated investment, will put us in a very strong position to continue our upward trajectory over the coming years. We're entering an exciting new chapter for the business, building on everything we have achieved and pushing new boundaries, both in product design and innovation, and sustainable manufacturing and construction."
