A UK lottery player has won £61,708,231 in Tuesday’s EuroMillions draw, but the prize remains unclaimed. The jackpot of £123 million was shared with another winning ticket holder in Spain.
The National Lottery has urged players to check their tickets for the winning numbers: 05, 10, 19, 27, 30, with Lucky Stars 05 and 06. Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser, said: “What an amazing night for one UK EuroMillions winner who has scooped a share of tonight’s incredible £123 million jackpot, the first UK EuroMillions jackpot win of 2024.”
This is not the only unclaimed prize. A £1 million winning EuroMillions ticket bought in Shropshire for the January 16 draw has also not been cashed in. Carter urged people to search their belongings and check tickets, adding: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket holder and pay out their life-changing prize.”
If prizes are not claimed before the deadline, the money will go to National Lottery-funded projects. Players without a ticket can submit a written claim within 30 days of the draw.
