Jeremy Clarkson rushed to hospital in new Clarkson's Farm trailer

A newly released trailer for the upcoming series of Clarkson's Farm has shown presenter Jeremy Clarkson being rushed to hospital following a health scare. The footage captures the moment he tells colleague Kaleb Cooper that his heart 'wasn't getting any blood'.

The trailer for series five opens with scenes of life at Diddly Squat farm, including Clarkson's quest for a driverless tractor, before the mood shifts as he candidly discusses a recent hospital stay. An ambulance is seen speeding along a rural road, and Clarkson is later shown in a hospital bed with wires attached to his chest.

In the clip, Clarkson explains to Kaleb: 'You've got three arteries that feed your heart to keep it pumping. My heart wasn't getting any blood.' Kaleb's shocked reaction is followed by another farmer remarking that his mother 'dropped dead of a heart attack at 67', to which Clarkson replies that it is 'cheery news'.

This is not the first time Clarkson has faced a heart scare. In 2024, he underwent a procedure to insert a stent after experiencing chest tightness. Writing in his Sunday Times column, the then 64-year-old recalled believing he was having a heart attack due to the symptoms.

The trailer also shows Clarkson grappling with a tuberculosis outbreak among livestock and testing a driverless tractor, which he dubs the 'Starship Enterprise of farming'. However, the tractor grinds to a halt mid-plough, prompting Kaleb to quip: 'That went well.'

Prime Video has not confirmed if the show will continue beyond series five, but Clarkson has expressed a desire to film at least two more seasons. 'I said I'll stop doing them when there are no more ideas,' he told The Sun. Clarkson's Farm series five premieres on Prime Video on June 3, with subsequent episodes dropping on June 10 and 17.
