Cara Delevingne has officially launched her music career, announcing her debut double singles 'I Forgot' and 'Out of My Head'. The 33-year-old star, already renowned as a supermodel and actor, is now setting her sights on the music industry with an 11-date tour spanning the UK, Europe, and North America.
While Delevingne has previously collaborated with artists such as St Vincent and Fiona Apple, this new solo project marks her first independent foray into music. She has been teasing fans on Instagram for weeks with artwork and snippets of her tracks.
The singles are set for release on May 29, just days before her tour kicks off on June 1 in Berlin. She will then perform in Barcelona, Paris, Los Angeles, and Brooklyn, with two London shows scheduled for June 6 and 7 at 26 Leake Street. Her American dates have already sold out, and she will also appear at Primavera Sound Barcelona’s 2026 festival, with additional performances in São Paulo and Buenos Aires later in the year.
Fans have expressed excitement on social media, with comments such as 'So exciteddddd!!!!!', 'May 29th can’t come soon enough', and 'Literally counting down the days, this is going to be iconic'.
This announcement follows Delevingne’s recent on-stage confessional during Rosalia’s London O2 gig, where she discussed her sexuality and relationships. She declared, 'I have been naughty, I was born that way', and revealed, 'My weakness used to be straight women, because they weren't really straight.' She added, 'I don't think anyone is ever fully straight' and 'I don't think men knew how to pleasure their girlfriends well enough, so I do that.'
Delevingne also made rare comments about her four-year relationship with singer Minke, stating, 'Now I am in a committed relationship. I used to always love being the dominant one, but now I think I'm ready to be submissive.' She asked Rosalia for advice on balancing dominance and submission, to which Rosalia replied, 'Why do you have to be one or the other?'
Delevingne and Minke, who met at Bedales boarding school, began dating in 2022 after reuniting at an Alanis Morissette concert. Delevingne has credited Minke with helping her maintain sobriety.
