The observational series shadows officers as they handle incidents in real time, from disorder and violent clashes to coordinated criminal operations. Unlike shows centered on a single case, it accompanies patrols dealing with developing situations.
In the most recent episode, officers faced a demanding shift, including chasing a suspected stolen SUV driven dangerously through Corby. They also scrambled to locate a young person spotted wielding a machete in a town centre restaurant and boasting about it online.

Street officers managed a rowdy intoxicated individual, tracked down a persistent shoplifter captured on CCTV, and intercepted an e-bike rider unwilling to disclose his identity.
The show comes as Police Interceptors recently returned with a new four-part special, Police Interceptors: Taking Down the Shoplifting Gangs, which followed officers pursuing criminals targeting supermarkets and organised crime networks stealing large sums of money.
