An extraterrestrial arms race is underway as America's biggest rivals desperately try to copy technology from crashed alien spaceships, an expert has warned. Declassified documents have allegedly exposed how both Moscow and Beijing have recovered fallen Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) and are working around the clock to unlock their secrets.
Expert Warns of 'Mad Scramble'
The shocking claims come from Jordan Flowers, the executive director of the UAP Disclosure Foundation. He revealed that a newly released third batch of UFO files, released on June 12 by the US government, proves that foreign adversaries are running top-secret research programmes that pose a massive threat to global security.
Speaking to NewsNation Prime, Flowers said: "We also have reason to believe that the Chinese and the Russians may have retrieved their own objects related to this and may have tried to reverse engineer them."
According to Flowers, famous UFO whistle-blower and ex-Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch has previously raised the alarm at a press briefing, warning that US authorities know Russia and China are actively spying on America's own UAP research projects.
Race to Reverse Engineer
The race to successfully replicate this otherworldly tech has reached a critical boiling point. Flowers said: "This is a global phenomenon, and it's really a race to see who can reverse engineer this first, and it has extreme national security implications that we really need to get our hands around."
The foundation boss said the speed at which these files are being unsealed shows that transparency around UAPs is a "high-priority topic" for President Trump's administration.

To dig deeper into the technological and military fallout of the alien revelations, the UAP Disclosure Foundation is holding a major summit in Washington, DC, on June 25. Flowers said: "We really want to understand the impact of this across all of these disciplines."
Historical CIA Panic
The newly released papers also unmasked a historical cosmic panic within the Central Intelligence Agency. Deep within the files, a dramatic CIA cable reveals that American intelligence operatives stationed in Zimbabwe were thrown into high alert on July 2, 2008, following a close encounter over the nation's main airport.
The urgent memo, relayed across the US government and military branches during the final days of George W. Bush's presidency, detailed a bizarre spacecraft that "hovered at an undetermined altitude directly over the Harare airport."
Witnesses on the ground watched as the mysterious ship began operating eerie, advanced mechanisms. The declassified cable states: "At one point during observation, 'beams' were observed emanating from the object."
Shocked onlookers described the craft as being "disc-like in shape with a hollow centre, [with] a series of rotating lights on the underside of the airframe." Moments later, the object pulled off an impossible aerodynamic manoeuvre. The document states that "the rotating lights under the object shifted colours and the object quickly ascended to higher altitudes and out of visual range."
Spies and military analysts fiercely debated behind closed doors whether the mystery vessel was "an advanced reconnaissance device belonging to a foreign government, or whether the object was an unidentified flying object of extra-terrestrial origins."
While the CIA could not reach a definitive conclusion on what the craft was, the memo confirms the terrifying event sparked an immediate military reaction: "this incident [redacted] had resulted in the decision to place the Zimbabwe [redacted] on high alert."
