The trio met 19-year-old student Jamie from Liverpool, who surprised everyone when he sat at the piano. Surrounded by commuters, Jamie admitted he didn't know what he would play, then told Winkleman he planned to improvise and asked her to sing a few notes.
Winkleman, visibly shocked, exclaimed, "Me? You don't mean that." She then made a rare admission: "I'm not allowed to sing Happy Birthday to any member of my family."
