Santander is experiencing its second outage of the week, leaving thousands of UK customers unable to access key services such as mobile banking and cash machines.
The bank has issued a statement acknowledging the disruption and apologising for the inconvenience caused.

A post on X from Santander said: "We’re aware that some customers are currently experiencing difficulties accessing our banking services."
The statement continued: "We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, and we are working hard to fix the problem as soon as possible."
