Octopus Energy is giving away £8 Uber Eats vouchers this afternoon, Friday, October 30, ahead of the Celebrity Traitors finale. The vouchers are being released on the company's Octoplus platform, and claiming one is quick and straightforward.
On its Instagram, the energy provider announced it is "dropping £8 Uber Eats vouchers" on Octoplus this afternoon to help customers enjoy The Traitors finale. The post read: "Wanna order in plain sight? We're dropping £8 Uber Eats vouchers on Octoplus tomorrow afternoon to help you enjoy The Traitors finale."
It added: "Don your robes, cosy up in your castles, and let us help with dinner. You've got enough on your plate deciding who to trust."
How to Claim the Voucher
To claim the free £8 voucher, Octopus Energy customers need to go to the Octoplus tab in the Octopus app or on their online dashboard. The company said the offer is open to both new and existing Uber Eats customers.
Octopus Energy confirmed to the Liverpool Echo that the vouchers are available to all Octoplus customers. To sign up to Octoplus, you must be an Octopus Energy customer, have a smart meter, and pay your bills by Direct Debit. The firm said the codes will be released later today.
Previous Voucher Offers
Supplying energy to more than 10 million homes in the UK and overseas, the company has offered customer vouchers before. Last year, for "Pink Friday", it handed out £8 Uber Eats vouchers to 8,000 customers, alongside other discounts for well-known brands.
