McDonald's has introduced its first-ever Crocs Happy Meal in the UK and Ireland, replacing the World Cup Squishmallows. The collaboration, available from August 4 for a limited time, features collectible keyrings instead of actual shoes or charms.
What's in the Crocs Happy Meal?
Each meal includes one of 12 pre-selected Crocs mini character clip keyrings, each packaged in a tiny shoe box. For those not interested in the shoes, a book option is available—this month's title is Rob Biddulph's Gigantic. Additionally, activity packs and sheets will be offered in restaurants, and an interactive 'Style your Crocs' game is available on happymeal.com.
Pricing and Offers
Happy Meals start at £4.39, with prices varying by restaurant. Kids can choose from Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Mayo Chicken, McFish, or Chicken McNuggets, served with a fruit or vegetable side and a small cold drink. McDonald's app users can purchase Happy Meals for £2.99 throughout August, with the offer excluding McDelivery and limited to one redemption per customer per day, up to four meals.
Public Reaction
On social media, Crocs fans have expressed excitement, calling the collaboration 'heaven' and 'over the moon.' Gaz Hohnston said, 'We need to go every night to collect them all,' while Sarah Scott wrote, 'I need these in my life, how cute.' Kirsty Jones admitted she was 'buzzin'' for the keyrings, and Rheanne Pearl commented, 'I am soooo excited for this.' However, some were disappointed that all keyrings are for the right foot, preventing a proper pair, and others questioned why actual shoes or charms weren't included.
Availability
The Crocs Happy Meals are available at McDonald's from August 4, while stocks last.
