However, not all reviews are glowing. One customer wrote: "Cannot fault (the) delivery and how compact it is on arrival. Very easy to set up and dismantle, so (it's) good for moving house etc. I would just say in terms of actual use, it is not that comfortable and has a very flimsy feel. The middle ridge where it hinges to open up sits slightly higher on one side, so you feel at an awkward uneven position. If you sit in one edge with it open, it will flip over. The feel is not too bad, and the fleece effect is nice. But all of this is just simply not worth over £150 I would say, never mind the £100 on top of this I paid (on sale!)."
Another shopper disagreed: "I don't understand the bad reviews and saying it is uneven in the middle or tips over if you lean on the sides. I haven't had any of these issues. I got this on sale, but I'd be happy to pay full price - you can't expect any more for the price, it is really good. Looks nice, is comfortable enough for what it is. I didn't have expectations of a sofa that would be in the thousands of pounds range, this is a fair review. Only gripe was the instructions were inside the pocket in the back of the sofa, but not much indication of this other than a red string."
