Center Parcs introduces £5 restaurant booking deposit from November
Center Parcs £5 restaurant booking deposit from November

Center Parcs has announced that all restaurant reservations at all six of its sites will require a deposit when booking, due to numerous no-shows. The new rule will come into effect for all breaks starting from 16th November 2026 onwards.

£5 per person deposit at all restaurants

The new booking fee means all guests will have to pay £5 per person when booking a reservation at the park's restaurants, including Huck's American Bar & Grill, Rajinda Pradesh and The Pancake House.

Each year thousands of people stay at Center Parcs' five villages in the UK. These include Sherwood, Whinfell, Elveden, Woburn, Longleat and Longford Forest in Ireland.

Refund policy and cancellation terms

The Center Parcs website states: "To help us provide the best possible experience for our guests and make sure our restaurants are available for as many guests as possible, all restaurant bookings now require a deposit at the time of booking. This will come into effect for all breaks starting from 16th November 2026 onwards.

If your plans change, you can cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation, and we'll refund your deposit in full. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that restaurant bookings have their own cancellation terms, which are different from those for activity bookings."
