British YouTuber Yung Filly has given evidence in his rape trial in Perth, Australia, admitting he gave the alleged victim 'love bites' but denying all charges of sexual penetration without consent.

The 30-year-old, whose real name is Andres Felipe Barrientos, pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexually penetrating a 20-year-old woman without consent in a Perth hotel room in September 2024. He also denies impeding her breathing and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
Barrientos told the West Australian District Court he met the woman at Bar1 nightclub after his performance. 'I fancied her and we got chatting. The vibes were good, and she had a really good energy about her,' he said.
Alleged assault
He claimed they later left in a mini-van with his entourage and went to the Intercontinental Hotel in Perth's CBD, where they had consensual sex. 'The sex was great,' he said. Asked to describe it, he said there was 'grunting and moaning.. in a good way.'
Under cross-examination by prosecutor Danielle Clarke, Barrientos agreed he bit the woman numerous times. 'In England we would call it a love bite,' he said. 'My mouth on her skin; it involves sucking (and) my teeth were involved to some extent.' The jury was shown photos of deep bruises and bite marks on the woman's face and neck.

Barrientos admitted he took the woman's phone, saying it was 'standard practice for someone in the limelight to protect privacy.' He denied giving her tequila shots, contradicting her evidence, and said he did not choke or slap her.
CCTV footage showed the pair leaving the club and entering the hotel lift. Barrientos said he never asked for sex but believed she was interested. 'I could just tell she was into me,' he said. The trial continues.
