Lloyds Bank has issued guidance on eligibility for its £15 Deliveroo vouchers, after a customer queried when they would receive the December reward. The vouchers are part of a promotion for Student Current Account holders, who can earn up to £90 in vouchers over six months.
To qualify, students must have opened an account between August 1 and October 31, 2025, and paid in at least £500 during that period to receive the initial £100 cash offer. Then, between November 2025 and April 2026, they must complete 20 or more qualifying debit transactions each calendar month to receive a £15 Deliveroo voucher the following month.
Responding to a customer on social media, Lloyds confirmed that if the required 20 transactions were made in November, the £15 voucher would be sent to the email address linked to the account during December. Customers are advised to check their inbox, including junk and spam folders.
Separately, Lloyds is offering £200 in free cash to customers switching to a new Club Lloyds, Club Lloyds Silver, Club Lloyds Platinum, or Lloyds Premier account. The switch must be completed via the Current Account Switch Service and include at least three active direct debits. The £200 will be paid within 10 working days, and the offer ends on December 17, 2025.
