Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have made a major life-altering decision just days after their lavish three-day wedding in Sicily. The couple, who recently tied the knot, are now planning to move to America for at least seven months.
Wedding Details
The 'Don't Start Now' singer, 30, and Hollywood actor Callum Turner, 36, first married in a low-key ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, with only eight guests. They then hosted a spectacular three-day celebration in Palermo, Sicily, costing an estimated £1.5 million. The guest list included celebrities like Charli XCX, Mark Ronson, Tove Lo, and Donatella Versace. Sir Elton John reportedly performed at the event.
Move to America
The newlyweds, currently living in London, will relocate to the United States for a minimum of seven months. Callum Turner is set to begin filming consecutive movies, including a remake of the horror film 'Possession' and the baseball drama 'The Comebacker' alongside Tom Hanks. Turner is also a frontrunner to play the next James Bond, though he remains tight-lipped about the speculation.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Turner said: "We work jobs where we have to go around the world. You want to be inspired by the person you're with. We make sure that we're together as much as possible." He added: "It's important when we are home in London to be with our friends."
The couple's decision to move to America marks a new chapter in their married life, as they balance their demanding careers and personal time together.
