Police have said they still hope to find the remains of Suzy Lamplugh, the estate agent who vanished 40 years ago. The Metropolitan Police has renewed its appeal for information on the anniversary of her disappearance.
Disappearance in 1986
Suzy Lamplugh, 25, was last seen on 28 July 1986 after leaving her office in Fulham, London, to show a house to a client. She was reported missing later that day. Despite extensive searches and investigations, her body has never been found.
Renewed appeal
Police have said they remain committed to the case and are following up on new leads. They have urged anyone with information, however small, to come forward. The investigation has been one of the longest-running missing person cases in the UK.
