Chepstow-based global leader in end-to-end sustainable technology lifecycle solutions, TXO, has acquired Canadian firm Wesbell Communications.
Wesbell, a leading technology solutions provider, supports tier one telecoms operators, hyperscalers and data centre customers with network and engineering services, managed services, asset recovery, and third-party maintenance.
Strategic Growth and Expansion
The acquisition, the value of which has not been disclosed, forms part of TXO's growth strategy, combining organic growth with targeted acquisitions of innovative technology-led businesses.
Oliver Lemanski, chief executive of TXO, whose international expansion is being supported by private equity firm TowerBrook Delta having acquired a majority stake in 2023, said: “Wesbell is an exceptional business with great people, deep technical expertise and capabilities that complement TXO extremely well.

Deal Advisers and Company History
The transaction was led by Phil Miller, chief corporate development director at TXO, with DLA Piper acting as legal adviser and Eight Advisory as financial adviser.
TXO was founded in 2005. In 2019 it acquired MMX Communications Services, which provided specialist repair and support expertise. In 2023 it acquired Lynx UK in a deal that strengthened its network decommissioning capabilities. In 2024 it acquired Germany-based TEQPORT, extending its European presence, and last year US-based AirWay Group.
