Specsavers Linlithgow Sponsors Accessible Matchday Space

Specsavers Linlithgow has become the first sponsor of the Community Corner at Linlithgow Rose FC's MV Commercial Prestonfield Stadium, creating a welcoming and accessible area for all supporters to enjoy matchdays. The space includes a covered area for wheelchair users.

Community Collaboration

The initiative was developed by Linlithgow Rose FC in partnership with Cycling Without Age Scotland Linlithgow, with support from Specsavers Linlithgow and other local businesses. The store, locally owned and based at Regent Centre, now features pitch-side advertising with prominent branding on the Community Corner wall.

Commitment to Inclusivity

Diana Kelly, store director at Specsavers Linlithgow, said: “Specsavers Linlithgow is proud to support local organisations that bring people together and promote community wellbeing. This sponsorship with Linlithgow Rose Football Club builds on our ongoing commitment to supporting local initiatives across Linlithgow. Our team is incredibly passionate about supporting projects that make our community more inclusive and accessible, so we are delighted to be the first sponsor of Linlithgow Rose FC’s new Community Corner, which provides a welcoming, accessible space for supporters to enjoy matchdays. It’s a fantastic example of local organisations working together to benefit the wider community.”
