Chef Elliott Kaye has opened a new restaurant called Norman's in the former Marrion's site on Morning Lane in Hackney.

Norman's is located at 1 Morning Lane, previously home to Marrion's, which closed earlier this year. The restaurant serves modern British cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
Menu and Concept
The menu includes dishes such as Cornish mackerel with beetroot and horseradish, and roast rump of lamb with spring vegetables. Desserts include a chocolate mousse with salted caramel.
Kaye, who previously worked at restaurants including St. John and Rochelle Canteen, said he wanted to create a neighbourhood restaurant that is "relaxed and welcoming".
Opening Details
Norman's is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Sunday. The restaurant seats 40 covers and has a bar area for walk-ins.
