Chilly Morning with Autumnal Sunshine
The weather forecast for Wales today from the Met Office predicts a chilly morning for many, with some frost and isolated valley fog in prone spots. This will lead to a bright and sunny day with patchy afternoon cloud, and the odd light shower is possible in the east later. The maximum temperature is expected to be 13 °C.
Tonight, dry conditions with some clear spells are expected, and it will be briefly chilly. However, cloud will thicken from the east overnight with outbreaks of rain arriving, some perhaps heavy. Temperatures will rise a little later, with a minimum temperature of 4 °C.
Live Updates Throughout the Day
The blog began with a morning greeting, confirming that updates will continue throughout the day with all the latest news from Wales and beyond.
