Travelodge's Best Price Finder tool is helping travellers secure rooms for as little as £25 a night this August, with the cheapest deals found on Sundays.
How to find the best Travelodge deals
As with most hotels, the best value rooms at the budget chain are snapped up early. Rooms can be booked up to 355 days in advance, so the earlier you book, the more likely you’ll get a room under £35.
Rooms under £35 tend to be available Sunday, Monday and Thursday, meaning booking for a midweek slot may be wise. You can find rooms under £35 on other nights, but they’re very popular and tend to get booked quickly, so - again - reserving an early spot is key.

They’re fairly easy to find on the website's 'Best Price Finder' tool. "Our Best Price Finder is where you’ll find our best prices for the places you want to go. Simply click on our Best Price Finder, type in a place you want to go, or even your ideal budget and find the right place at the right price for you," explains the Travelodge website.
If you can be a little flexible with your dates and location, then the tool seems like it would be genuinely handy. It shows you all of the locations and the prices of the cheapest room there, a week at a time.
Cheapest rooms this August
As of 2pm on August 8, the cheapest room over the next seven days in London costs £32 and is in Cricklewood Travelodge, on Sunday August 9. The rates are even cheaper in Manchester, with a room going for £25 at Manchester Ancoats on the same day.
You can click along onto each individual date to order it from the cheapest locations to the most expensive. The Best Price Finder clearly shows that Sundays are the cheapest days to book a room, with Fridays and Saturdays the most expensive.
Travelodge's UK and Ireland presence
The size of the Travelodge portfolio means there's a good chance there'll be a hotel close to where you want to go. Travelodge runs over 47,000 rooms in 630 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain, with 22 million guests annually. Its website has a map showing all of the locations.
