The funfair will run from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 28. The schedule is as follows:

What's New at The Hoppings 2026?
This year's fair features the 'world's tallest ride' of its kind - Elevate85, a sky-high extreme version of flying chairs. Also returning is the popular Spud Bros stall, which attracted huge queues earlier this month.
Last year's event saw sweltering temperatures of 30 degrees, but this year's opening weekend is expected to be cooler with possible showers, though highs of 22 degrees are predicted.
The Hoppings has been a Geordie summer institution for over a century, offering white-knuckle rides, side shows, and delicious food.
