Virgin Media is offering customers free access to a range of premium children's channels, including Sky Kids, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Baby TV, throughout October.
The package normally costs £5 a month, but the fee is being waived for the entire month. The offer arrives just before the half-term school break, providing families with extra entertainment options.
How to access the free channels
Customers do not need to take any action to claim the bonus, as the channels will be added automatically. There is no need to adjust TV boxes or retune equipment.
Viewers can also stream the channels through the Virgin TV Go app over Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G anywhere in the UK, allowing children to watch on long car journeys, train trips or family holidays.
October line-up highlights
The October schedule includes Pip and Posy's Spooktacular Party on Sky Kids, Adventure Time Side Quests and The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball: Halloween Special on Cartoon Network, plus SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol and HexVets & Magic Pets.
Richard Vivian, Director of Commercial Development at Virgin Media O2, said: "We know the school holidays can be a busy time for families, so we're giving customers access to some of our most popular kids' channels at no extra cost throughout October."
The free access ends on October 31. After that, customers will need to pay the usual £5-a-month charge to continue watching.
