In a tweet, Epic stated: "Hot Bat Summer is almost here! Downtime for v41.20 begins at 4 AM ET (8 AM UTC) with matchmaking ending shortly beforehand." Players should log in before 8:30am BST to ensure access to last-minute matches.

Hot Bat Summer Event: Batman DC Crossover

The headline addition is the Hot Bat Summer event, introducing new skins, points of interest, and items. New characters include Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy, along with a summer variant of Batman and a Batman-themed dog. Players can explore the Bat Cave, use the Batman Grapnel Gun, and drive the Batman Beach Buggy. The Batman Sprite will be unlockable by completing weekly quests.

Epic Games tweeted: "Help Batman track down DC Sirens Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy and send them back to Arkham for sizzling in-game rewards!"

LEGO Issues

  • Swivels may cause builds to break; investigation ongoing.
  • No notification appears when unlocking a Charm recipe; fix in progress.
  • Lag and hitching occur during Storm King fights; under investigation.
  • If the 'Use' command is bound to the 'F' key, players cannot interact with objects in Brick Life.
  • The prompt to flip a vehicle no longer appears when standing next to a flipped vehicle.
