In a development that could fundamentally reshape humanity's understanding of its place in the cosmos, the director behind a provocative new UFO documentary has hinted that the President of the United States may soon confirm the existence of alien life.
A Landmark Documentary and a Presidential Prediction
Dan Farah, the filmmaker behind The Age of Disclosure, has made a stunning prediction. He believes it is only a matter of time before a sitting US president addresses the world to announce that humans are not alone in the universe.
"I think it's only a matter of time before the release of this film is followed by a sitting president stepping to the podium and telling the world, 'We're not alone in the universe,'" Farah told Entertainment Weekly. He described this potential moment as "the most significant moment a leader could possibly have."
His documentary, which launched in select theatres and on Amazon Prime on Friday, 21st November 2025, investigates what it calls an 80-year global cover-up of non-human intelligent life. The film's production involved extensive interviews with 34 US government insiders from the military and intelligence communities.
High-Level Sources and a Shifting Political Landscape
The documentary features testimony from a surprising roster of high-profile figures, suggesting the topic is being taken seriously at the highest levels of government. Contributors include Secretary of State Marco Rubio, New York Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
A former senior CIA official goes even further in the film's trailer, stating unequivocally: "UAPs are real, they're here, and they're not human." UAP, or Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, is the formal term now used for UFOs.
Farah claims that since finishing the documentary, his sources indicate President Trump has become aware of the "base facts" and has his team investigating the matter to "decide a course of action." He also noted that Trump had previously expressed an intention on the campaign trail to declassify government information on this topic.
From Skepticism to Potential Disclosure
This suggestion of a pending revelation marks a notable shift from the president's previously stated position. In a July 2024 interview with influencer Logan Paul, Trump said he was not a "believer" in UFOs, though he conceded he had met with "serious people" who described "really strange things that they see flying around."
His stance appeared to evolve in subsequent months. When asked by podcaster Lex Fridman in September 2024 if he would release more UAP footage, Trump replied, "I'll do that. I would do that. I'd love to do that. I have to do that."
Later, in a conversation with Joe Rogan, Trump admitted that while the subject was "never my thing," he saw no reason to doubt life could exist on other planets like Mars.
The political pressure for transparency is not limited to the executive branch. Congress has held multiple hearings on UAPs, with figures like Florida GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna publicly calling for the federal government to pull back the curtain on its research, arguing that the American people deserve maximum transparency.
Farah hopes his film will be the catalyst that forces the government's hand. "For too long, the public has blatantly been lied to, kept in the dark, and misled with a really sophisticated disinformation campaign," he said. He believes society is now at a tipping point where revealing the truth is not just deserved, but essential, with stakes that impact everyone on the planet.
