Nintendo has announced the exact dates and times for The Duskbloods Closed Network Test on Nintendo Switch 2, following its reveal earlier this summer. The test will run from Friday, August 21 to Monday, August 24, with multiple sessions across the weekend. Players must register on the official website between July 22 and July 28 for a chance to participate.
Closed Network Test Schedule
The test is split into five sessions: Session 1 on August 21 from 11am to 4pm BST; Session 2 on August 22 from 3am to 7am BST; Session 3 on August 22 from 7pm to 11pm BST; Session 4 on August 23 from 11am to 3pm BST; and Session 5 on August 24 from 3am to 7am BST. According to Nintendo, the test will assess server capacity, network stability, and game balance.
How to Register
To sign up, visit The Duskbloods website, select your region, and register interest. The application window opens at 3pm BST on July 22 and closes at 2.59pm BST on July 28. Successful applicants will be notified via email at 2pm BST on August 7. A Nintendo account is required, and selected players must redeem a download code before the test begins.
What the Test Involves
FromSoftware stated the test aims to "test for various problems that may occur when multiple people play together in different network environments." Players will try Twilight Battles as a "Bloodkin" with superhuman powers, while developers evaluate item balance, boss difficulty, and overall gameplay accessibility.
